We offer a range of integrated mobile apps to digitalise processes within motor dealerships, serving over 50 major automotive brands with our DMS.

Our customers use our system on a daily basis in the UK, the Nordics, South Africa, Asia Pacific, and various countries across Europe.

Graduate Scheme Overview

We are currently seeking talented Software Development Graduates to join our team as part of our structured learning program.

This graduate scheme offers continuous support and regular one-to-one meetings with a dedicated mentor, as well as an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impact our business and customer success.

Upon successful completion, graduates can expect a promotion to Software Developer with a starting salary of £30,000 per annum + £2k bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kickstart the scheme with an initial settling in period including business induction and coding boot camp.
  • Work under the guidance of experienced teams to build knowledge in key areas such as ASP.Net Core, Razor Pages, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Visual Studio, Web API, Unit testing, GIT, Xamarin Forms.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related field at 2:1 or above.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and version control systems.
