About the Scheme:

The NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme is a two-year programme that offers trainees a 20-day induction, in-role experience on placements, post-graduate education and pastoral care. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and develop your skills and experience in a variety of settings.

Recent Placements:

Recent placements have included operational manager of a clinical service area, project manager in a Clinical Commissioning Group, strategy manager in an NHS Trust and service transformation lead in an Integrated Care System.
