About you

We don't expect our graduates to know everything. We look for those with a passion for technology and programming, a strong team ethic and solid communication skills. We also look for:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Development or something similar at a 2:1 or above.
  • An analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude, as well as the motivation to work hard and build upon your current skillset.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. There will be an element of remote working with this role, so having the ability to keep yourself motivated and on-track is essential.
  • Any previous commercial experience, either via a placement or internship, is beneficial but not a necessity.
