Key Responsibilities

  • Support the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.
  • Ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with our procedures.
  • Verify that the right candidates are able to commence employment with the business as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of the service users.
