About the Role:

The Curriculum Administrator will be responsible for ensuring full compliance of apprenticeship paperwork and timely processing. This involves dealing with internal and external enquiries and supporting curriculum to ensure our apprentices remain compliant to apprenticeship funding rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accuracy of our e-portfolio systems
  • Managing data and completing administrative tasks
  • Supporting the curriculum team to ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding rules

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Good level of literacy, numeracy, communication and organisational skills
  • Good level of experience using IT systems

Working Environment:

The successful candidate will be working within the Newcastle College apprenticeship operational support team which sits within the Newcastle College apprenticeship services team alongside business development. The team looks after all areas of curriculum.
