About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AML Compliance Assistant to join our team at Customcare. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our compliance processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence. You will ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with the procedures in place at the time and to ensure the right candidates are able to commence employment with the business as quickly as possible without compromising the safety and security of the service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet SLA's and weekly targets
  • Utilize exceptional telephone and email communication skills to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
  • Develop and implement alternative solutions to problems
  • Provide a professional and positive service to all New Starters
  • Learn new systems as and when required
  • Reprioritize workload efficiently
