Job Title: AML Compliance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AML Compliance Assistant to join our team at Customcare. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our business operations and maintaining a strong compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the compliance process for care workers who support our service users to stay in their own homes and maintain their independence.
  • Ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is processed in accordance with the procedures in place at the time.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to maintain a strong compliance culture.
  • Develop and maintain reports and trackers to monitor compliance performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance requirements are met and that business operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of AML regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new systems as required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
