We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Course Administrator to support our Training and Development department at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of training courses across the Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Support the Team Administrator, Learning and Development Adviser, and other Training team members in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring training programs.
- Administer the Learning Management system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Manage all administration for in-house training, including joining instructions, confirmation letters, attendance lists, and generating statistics and reports as required.
