- **Purpose-Driven Impact**: As a Client Services Help Desk Executive you will be responsible for following and progressing opportunities, liaising with colleagues across the business, using the CRM system and Focal Point to manage any opportunity. In addition to this you will Identify new opportunities to present and up sell the Adler and Allan sales value proposition directly and via the Business Development Managers. You will help 'on board' new customers making sure any required forms are completed by the quality team and that a credit account can be set up for billing and obtain purchase orders for new instructions. A primary function of the role is to ensure customers are regularly updated with progress regarding a quotation and ensuring the customer has a single point of contact that will manage their enquiry. In addition you will coordinate with other internal staff to facilitate the quote as needed.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure services are provided to customers in a timely fashion in accordance with contract requirements and group strategy.
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt, professional and polite manner, assessing any opportunities presented and ensuring the required work is distributed and recorded on the company CRM software.
- Timely and accurate production of quotations and estimates.
- Ensure contracted services are provided in compliance with contract requirements.
- Source completed job information from responding service centres and subcontractors.
- Update group CRM database with relevant information to facilitate accurate monthly reporting.
- Assisting with monthly KPI and MI generation for Business development Managers and National Account Managers.
- Daily reporting against open opportunities and tasks.
- Create purchase orders as required for subcontractors and suppliers to support group services.
- Provide cover during the absence of any other team member within the Client Services Team.
- Attend staff meetings and training as required.
- Any other task assigned by supervision for which you are qualified and experienced to undertake

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Sales skills.
- Commercially aware.
- Experience of aftersales and upselling products and/or services.
- Ability to navigate databases including bespoke software.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate information in a written format.
- Ability to use initiative essential proactive approach.
- Full Clean UK driving license
