Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, supporting them with their daily needs and helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
