Room Leader/Assistant Deputy Manager/Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role at our children's day nursery in Oxfordshire. As a Room Leader, Assistant Deputy Manager, and Nursery Practitioner at Level 2 or Level 3, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team to achieve Early Years learning goals.

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per year is negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team to achieve Early Years learning goals.
  • Plan and implement engaging learning and play activities for children.
  • Observe and assess children's learning and development according to the EYFS framework.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and careers to meet individual children's needs.
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 Nursery Nurse/Early Years qualification, such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS principles.
  • Knowledge of planning, observing, and record-keeping procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
