Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Project Coordinator to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing process improvements and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in our production department.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop and maintain quality control measures in a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Use 3D CAD software to design and develop jigs, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Work closely with the technical team to develop and test new products prior to release on the international market.
• Provide expert advice to internal customers while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in industrial engineering, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and inventory management systems is highly desirable. The salary for this position is £39,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
