About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at City & County Healthcare Group. As a Care Assistant, you will support our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes, following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, managing medication, and performing practical tasks. You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that we deliver tailored support that meets their requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No social care experience is necessary, but you will need to possess compassion and the ability to care for others. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £11.50-£12.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card.
