Senior Valuer / Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Valuer / Branch Manager to join our team at ProFind. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for driving branch success and growth, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and property valuations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Director to develop and implement strategies for market share growth and branch success.
  • Conduct thorough property valuations, prioritizing new instructions and listings to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitor activity, ensuring our branch remains competitive and informed.
  • Work closely with our team to achieve branch and personal targets, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Lead by example, driving the branch to meet performance standards and goals, while reporting directly to our Company Director on branch performance and strategy.
Your Profile:
  • A well-presented, reliable, and motivated individual with a genuine passion for property and a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets in a sales or management role.
