Job Description

This role requires a UK Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older people. As a Nurse Practitioner in Elderly Care, you will be responsible for ensuring that only the highest quality of nursing care is delivered. You will work closely with other nurses in the nurse team and report into the Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering medication, monitoring the care teams on practice, and working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments, and regularly updating and reviewing them.
  • Engaging in meaningful activities with the people living in our care home, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £59,155 per annum - £23.70 per hour (Breaks Unpaid) with a welcome bonus of £2000*. The benefits include enhanced pay on bank holidays, 28 days holiday including Bank holidays, annual NMC Pin subscription paid*, DBS Certificate paid by Excelcare*, and support with your NMC revalidation.
