Job Description:

First Clinical Ltd is seeking an experienced Protective Services Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training and safeguarding supervision to Children's Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programmes to promote best practice in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Work closely with Children's Services to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Write reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective safeguarding practices are in place.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: London.
