About the Role

Helping Hands, the nation's most widely rated home care provider, is seeking a skilled Regional Care Expansion Specialist to drive growth in high value customer care hours and profitability across a region.

This is a vital role that requires a passion for delivering person-centred care, alongside a proven track record in growing customer bases within a target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of care compliance and strategic thinking abilities to drive business growth and sector-wide initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyse and identify trends in high value customer new business meetings lost in the region, produce recommendations, and deliver agreed actions to improve regional performance.
  • Monitor and share external insights regarding high value customer care service and performance, and share and drive internal best practice improvements across the region.
  • Support the Regional leadership team in implementing customer-related policies to deliver internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Support the development and delivery of the regional budget and high value customer elements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced leader in customer care with a strong background in the care sector. You will utilise your knowledge of care compliance and strategic thinking abilities to drive business growth and sector-wide initiatives.

You will also demonstrate strong business acumen, excel at influencing stakeholders, and have experience delivering successful change.
