We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team. As an SDR at Fuelius, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of outbound sales processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Identifying and targeting companies that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Engaging with key decision-makers to set up qualified meetings for our Business Development team.
- Conducting initial discovery and qualification using the MEDICC framework.
- Managing and refining your territory autonomously, with support from our sales leadership to align with strategic priorities.
- Utilizing our sales tech stack to manage outreach, cadencing, and CRM data effectively.
- Contributing to our overall sales strategy by providing feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
You Will Be Measured On:
- The number of qualified meetings (deals) you book.
- The conversion of those meetings into identified opportunities.
- Your contribution to closed deals.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a proven experience as an SDR, preferably in a SaaS or tech services company.
- Is familiar with modern sales tools.
- Has a deep understanding of outbound sales processes and can open and qualify deals.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging with high-level executives.
- Thrives in a competitive, high-performance environment.

- A competitive salary with uncapped OTE: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your performance.
