Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for building a strong portfolio of partners to maximize market share and drive revenue growth. This role requires proactive engagement, relationship-building, and extensive travel to meet partners, attend trade shows, and visit key markets. Success is driven by the ability to execute market strategies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute one-year strategic market plans, focusing on partner portfolios and growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and quarterly revenue goals for top accounts to ensure consistent growth.
- Work closely with partners to create and execute marketing and sales plans that drive product visibility and revenue.
- Coordinate new product introductions in collaboration with brand teams and key accounts, ensuring market readiness.
- Drive new business development by identifying new channels, partners, and opportunities for growth in each market.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and execute market and account strategies that align with business growth objectives.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage key accounts and foster long-term partnerships.
- Experience in aligning sales and marketing efforts with business goals, driving effective product launches and partner growth.
- Strong understanding of compliance processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel over 70% of the time for face-to-face meetings with partners and HQ visits.
