Childcare Professional Wanted

Iz Connect Limited is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Childcare Professional to join our team, supporting the learning and development of young children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework, promoting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Support children's individual needs, encouraging their confidence and independence, and building strong relationships with parents and carers.
Health, Safety, and Wellbeing:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures, and reporting concerns promptly.
  • Promote healthy practices, including hygiene, nutrition, and exercise, to ensure children's overall wellbeing.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work effectively with colleagues to deliver high standards of care and education, sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Participate in any required training, and internal meetings, to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in early years education.
Person Specification:
  • Essential:
     • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent).
     • Strong knowledge of EYFS principles and practices.
     • Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or early years setting, with a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: £12.50 - £14.50 per hour.

Estimated Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on 40 hours per week.
