About the Role

Mind Retail is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our shop's performance, maximize profits, and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will inspire and motivate a diverse group of staff and volunteers, creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading and motivating teams, planning and prioritizing workload, and demonstrating commercial awareness. They will also possess a strong customer focus and be able to effectively communicate our values and behaviors to colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Plan and prioritize workload to maximize profits and minimize costs
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and staff engagement
