Business Administration Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to join our team in Farnham. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that can also be offered on a part-time basis (30 hours a week). The role involves processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes and purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries and business expense returns.
Requirements- A minimum of 1 year's experience in finance or a related field.
- Excellent Excel skills and strong communication abilities.
- Previous experience in finance or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- A competitive salary (£24,000-£28,000 per annum), plus benefits including 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced pension scheme, flexible/hybrid working opportunities, car parking on site, and a fantastic working culture.
Please note that the salary is negotiable based on experience.
