You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment showcasing multi-tasking and high attention to detail. You'll liaise with clients, designers, and developers on technical tasks and contribute to creative discussions.

Collaborating with Directors, you'll work on multifaceted jobs ensuring seamless execution by assigning tasks to the right team members. You must have experience managing junior team members to run projects with our existing team and contractors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead on technical and graphic design projects reporting to Directors and managing contractors, designers, and an Account Manager
  • Collaborate with Directors on client relationships and accounts' strategic direction
  • Regular meetings with Directors to inform them of project progress and required support
  • Day-to-day work for client projects and retainers, ensuring constant communication with key stakeholders and hosting/client meetings
  • Briefing clients, questioning their needs, and agreeing deliverables for clear briefs
  • Creating internal briefs for designers and developers, project timeplanners, admin, cost estimates, and proposals
  • Using Asana to manage projects, directing workflow, inputting tasks, and assigning them to relevant team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in a creative or digital agency at Project/Account Manager level or higher
  • Proven experience leading digital projects with at least 2-3 full brochure/corporate website projects, coordinating teams, and tracking deadlines
  • Excellent communication and confidence in client-facing roles, meeting hosting, and presenting proposals
  • Confident copywriter, supporting Directors in offering B2B/B2C services
  • Experience in writing complex proposals, scoping work, project timelines, and internal processes
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
  • WordPress CMS experience

Advantageous Skills:

  • Understanding of SEO best practice, code, and WordPress URL structures
  • Experience briefing traditional and digital projects directly to designers/developers
  • Figma experience
  • Cross-platform CRM knowledge (Salesforce, Pardot, Monday.com, Hubspot)
  • Project management platform use (Asana, Notion)
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding and updates
  • InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator experience
