Mental Health Support Worker Lead

This Mental Health Support Worker Lead position involves delivering outstanding support to Buckinghamshire residents, ensuring regular monitoring and review of care and support plans.
Main Duties- Be an ambassador and leader across social work both internally and externally.
- Work with adults, and their families, to form an understanding of their needs and wishes.
- Understand and apply relevant statutory frameworks to promote independence and autonomy.
- Experience of working within relevant legal frameworks.
- Knowledge of community resources and services in Buckinghamshire.
- Understanding of policies and procedures that inform decision making.
The salary for this role is approximately £42,091 per annum, taking into account factors such as cost of living and location.
