Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our team at Falch GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth across various sectors.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure seamless sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform sales and service strategies.
  • Collaborate with our global teams to establish and develop new sales and service structures.
  • Manage budgets and financial planning in consultation with our headquarters.

Your Talent

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Technical education and several years of experience in direct sales of technical capital equipment.
  • Previous experience in the renovation or industrial cleaning industry.
  • Excellent technical understanding and a pragmatic hands-on approach.
  • Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and leadership skills.
  • Native-level English language proficiency.
