About the Role

Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled MFL Teacher to join our esteemed department at a Good Mixed School in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching KS3 & KS4 students and contributing to the school's continued academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching MFL to KS3 & KS4 students
  • Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless curriculum delivery
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced MFL Teacher with:

  • A formal teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) and QTS
  • The ability to teach MFL at KS3 & KS4 level
  • Strong subject knowledge and up-to-date teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
