Lead Oncology Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Oncology Pharmacist to join our team at a leading private hospital in Central London. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our pharmacy services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate diploma/master's in clinical pharmacy or equivalent and considerable experience in Oncology within a hospital setting. You will be responsible for coordinating the effective delivery and treatment of medication to patients under your care, while ensuring adherence to governmental and institutional policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policy and procedure to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to create a multi-skilled pharmacy team
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the development of our pharmacy services and quality improvement initiatives
