The Resources Hub is seeking an experienced Processing Trainer to join their team in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining production and be able to deliver training and development programs to staff members and contractors within the Processing Department.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Processing Trainer to work with a globalscale Australian gold producer. The position offers an 8/6 roster with FIFO from Perth for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and development programs to staff members and contractors within the Processing Department
  • Review and provide onsite training for staff members
  • Manage training matrix data
  • Develop training materials as needed to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions following training standards and sitespecific plans
  • Conduct field observations to assess the performance of operational procedures
  • Proficient in operating different mobile plant and equipment
  • Establish and maintain the InTuition training management system to uphold accurate training records
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE
  • Extensive experience in mining processing with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (Minimum requirement)
  • Valid "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Power Point and InTuition (would be advantageous)
  • Familiarity with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in all environmental tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices
  • Excellent communication skills

We are unable to consider candidates based overseas as neither we nor our client offer sponsorship. Candidates outside Western Australia will need to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses to travel to Perth which may affect shortterm arrangements.
