We are seeking an experienced Processing Trainer to join our team at The Resources Hub. Our client is a global-scale Australian gold producer with projects located in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. The position offers an 8/6 roster with FIFO from Perth for an immediate start.

The Opportunity

The primary responsibility of the Processing Trainer is to deliver training and development programs to staff members and contractors within the Processing Department. This role is being offered as an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth to the Goldfields for experienced Processing Trainers.

The Role Specifics

This role requires the ability to adapt to new procedures and practices effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and providing onsite training for staff members, managing training matrix data, developing training materials as needed to ensure compliance, coordinating and conducting training sessions following training standards and site-specific plans, conducting field observations to assess the performance of operational procedures, and establishing and maintaining the InTuition training management system to uphold accurate training records.



RequirementsThe Goods That You Bring
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE
  • Extensive experience in mining processing with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (Minimum requirement)
  • Valid "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Power Point and InTuition (would be advantageous)
  • Familiarity with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in all environmental tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
