About The Role

The Resources Hub is seeking an experienced Processing Trainer to join their team in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and development programs to staff members and contractors within the Processing Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff members and contractors have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Review and provide onsite training for staff members to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest procedures and practices.
  • Manage training matrix data to ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Develop training materials as needed to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions following training standards and site-specific plans.
  • Conduct field observations to assess the performance of operational procedures.
  • Establish and maintain the InTuition training management system to uphold accurate training records.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE.
  • Extensive experience in mining processing with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (Minimum requirement).
  • Valid "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint and InTuition (would be advantageous).
  • Familiarity with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in all environmental tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
