Requirements: NMC PIN & Experience within Mental Health
As a hospital director, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents. You will be accountable for the CQC, audits, commercial and financial performance of the home, including occupancy levels and operating profit, while ensuring regulatory compliance.
We are seeking an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for adult social care, and a track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will work closely with the directors and nursing team to achieve our goals.
