Elysium Healthcare, a leading provider of specialist care services, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their team as a Deputy Hospital Director. About the Role
As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services. You will work closely with the Hospital Director to ensure the smooth operation of the service and make key decisions to drive improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to clinical and non-clinical teams
- Collaborate with the Hospital Director to develop and implement strategic plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory guidelines
- Lead on budgetary oversight and financial management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote best practice
Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make key decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and statutory guidelines
