Clinical Director

Gilbert Meher Ltd is partnering with a private provider to recruit a Deputy Hospital Director for a specialist service catering to individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, mental health issues, or personality disorders.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism. As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will lead, manage, and influence both clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver exceptional healthcare. You will also deputise for the Hospital Director when not performing clinical duties.
Main Responsibilities- Providing strong leadership in the hospital environment
- Overseeing budgetary matters with the Hospital Director
- Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of service users, employees, and visitors
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements
- Completing regulatory notifications and SUIs
- Active NMC Pin and experience as a Registered Nurse
- Background in learning disabilities and autism settings
- Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political environment
- Detailed understanding of statutory regulations
- Ability to oversee and deliver site projects
Annual salary of £54,077 plus benefits:
