Job Title: Clinical Manager/Deputy Hospital Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Clinical Manager/Deputy Hospital Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving commercial and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of care.
  • Drive commercial and financial performance, including occupancy levels and operating profit.
  • Work closely with the directors and nursing team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior leadership role within adult social care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • NMC PIN and experience within mental health.
