Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Hospital Director to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment Corporation Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strong and robust leadership in the hospital environment, ensuring the site is compliant with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to hospital staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Oversee the management of hospital budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources.
- Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all service users, employees, and visitors.
- Ensure the hospital is compliant with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Complete regulatory notifications and investigations.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin or an Allied Healthcare Professional.
- Experience working in learning disabilities and autism settings.
- Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political environment.
- A detailed understanding of statutory regulations.
