Established Property Consultancy Seeks Experienced Property Manager

We're working with a reputable firm of Chartered Surveyors providing comprehensive property consultancy services across Prime SW and Central London.

Within their Block Management team, they now seek an intermediate level Property Manager (which may suit an Assistant Property Manager Stepping up) as follows:

  • 1-3 years direct and committed Property Management experience (professional qualifications beneficial but not essential - can be supported in post)
  • Reporting in to a SW London office base, working from home up to 2 days per week if desired (once settled)
  • Standard hours 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri with 1 hour for lunch
  • Managing a Central & SW London portfolio of mixed blocks, all in good order and long held
  • Undertaking the full range of duties (with support where needed), from budgets to insurance, repairs, major works and inspection
  • Clientele are cooperative and knowledgeable, so your approach should be quality led, accountable and communicative at all times

In addition to a friendly, vibrant team, regular socials, modern offices and flexible working, the successful Property Manager can expect a competitive starting basic salary up to £42k, bonuses for major works and new business, laptop & mobile phone, pension, 25 days holiday (plus public) with additional days off between Christmas & New Year (office closed) and a genuine career path based on tenure and performance.
