About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Practitioner Manager to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily care and support of our young people, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, addressing their emotional and psychological needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
- Possess a valid UK driving license for at least 12 months, facilitating transportation requirements.
- Hold a recognized Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
