Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Patient Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience of professional practice and registration with a recognised professional body. They will also have £1 million professional indemnity insurance cover and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance patient experience through personal and compassionate care.
  • Assist with aromatherapy, reflexology, and massage treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience of professional practice.
  • Registration with a recognised professional body and £1 million professional indemnity insurance cover.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and ability to maintain a calm manner when dealing with distressed individuals.
  • Good listening skills, motivation, and willingness to learn and complete training.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
