Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team in the East Midlands. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for supporting the senior commercial specialist in maintaining robust commercial and contractual control throughout the post-contract phase of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the senior commercial specialist in overseeing all commercial and contractual activities throughout the construction process
  • Work closely with the pre-construction department during the tender process to ensure accurate subcontractor selection, package scopes, and preliminaries
  • Review tender documents to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
  • Support the project team during pre-construction processes such as "Build it in a Day."
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to the site team throughout the project.
  • Assist in managing all financial arrangements with the Main Contract, including cash flow schedules, interim valuations, and variations
  • Support the preparation and agreement of final accounts, ideally by Practical Completion or within 3 months of project completion

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
