Clinical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our Community Services team at Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills, staff training, MDT coordination, and budget management in a friendly and supportive department.
The successful candidate will be joining an established team, keen for change and to maintain our CQC outstanding status. They will act as a role model for junior members of the team in the delivery of high standards of nursing care.
This post involves key responsibility for shift management and ensuring appropriate staff and skill mix across the ward on a daily basis to ensure excellent delivery of patient care. The salary for this position is £42,939 to £50,697 per annum, pro rata including HCAS (15%).
