Clinical Lead for NHS Workforce Development

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Allied Health Professional (AHP) to lead our Volunteer to Career Clinical initiative.
About the Role:
- To design and implement a project that addresses real system pressures and needs within the NHS, focusing on local volunteer roles that support career development in healthcare as a solution to workforce challenges.
- Identify, consult, and collaborate with organisational stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with strategic drivers and meets system pressure requirements.
- Provide leadership to a cohort of volunteers associated with the project and related clinical staff.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent project management and clinical skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
About Us:
Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes. As part of this mission, we are launching a Volunteer to Career Clinical initiative aimed at addressing NHS workforce and system pressure needs.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
