Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team in Wishaw. As a Team Leader, you will support your Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Develop a team culture that prioritizes customer experience and excellence in service
  • Lead the team in delivering great standards and exceptional service every day
