Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking an exceptional Mental Health Practitioner to join our Leaving Care Team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with young people's advisors, CLA health, and adults' services to support young people's physical, emotional, and mental health needs.
The role involves consulting, assessing, providing intervention, and signposting or referring young people to appropriate services. The Mental Health Practitioner will also provide professional supervision and guidance to a Wellbeing Support Worker.
