### Job Title: Retail Customer Service Manager

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Manager to join our team at Entain. As a key member of our shop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high shop standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
* Take bets on a wide range of sports and events, processing customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers, providing expert knowledge and guidance
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Work towards defined targets and goals, maintaining high shop standards and contributing to a positive team environment
* Open or close the shop as needed, ensuring a smooth and secure operation

### Working Patterns

Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm, depending on the location. You will work a blend of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, with a typical weekly rota made up of a mix of these. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop.

### Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops
* Passion for delivering great customer service, building strong relationships, and communicating effectively
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
* Ability to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
