With nearly thirty years of industry experience, SQS is committed to providing exceptional service and solutions.

We are on the lookout for a Customer Care Advisor to become a vital member of our Customer Care Team dedicated to our Gas Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Address customer concerns swiftly and effectively, adhering to SQS protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Customer Care records.
  • Communicate and acknowledge customer feedback, both internally and externally.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with clients through various communication channels.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on customer performance and scheduled appointments.
  • Oversee delivery compliance and manage calling cards as needed.
  • Conduct analysis of customer interactions and compile weekly reports.
  • Engage in meetings to share insights and improve customer service quality.
  • Achieve personal goals and ensure database updates are completed.
  • Review and enhance Customer Service Training materials and presentations.
  • Participate in Client Customer Service Training sessions to ensure alignment with internal practices.
