Student Success Coordinator

GSL Education is seeking a highly skilled Student Success Coordinator to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will provide dedicated support to students with learning difficulties, working closely with teachers and other professionals to implement individualised learning plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and teachers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 per annum.
