Student Support Position

GSL Education is seeking a highly skilled Student Success Coordinator to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will provide dedicated support to students with learning difficulties, working closely with teachers and other professionals to implement individualised learning plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and teachers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 per annum.
