Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our team of professionals supporting students with Adverse Childhood Experiences in our Independent therapeutic Schools.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering the National Curriculum, preferably within a similar setting, and a passion for supporting students with barriers to learning.

As part of our seamless therapeutic team model, you will be responsible for the highest standards of quality of education and behaviour management for children who have significant SEMH as well as other associated needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the National Curriculum to students with SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a child-centered ethos
  • Support students with barriers to learning
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status in the UK
  • Successful experience in delivering the National Curriculum; preferably within a similar setting
  • Further training or qualifications related to SEMH/SEN would be highly desirable
  • Passion and enthusiasm for supporting students with barriers to learning
