Specialist Teacher for Children and Young People

Are you a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Professional looking to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people? Chelmsford College has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Teacher for Children and Young People to join our Bespoke Provision Curriculum Team.
The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge and a flexible approach to developing and coordinating individual learning programmes for students with complex needs. Experience teaching students with learning difficulties and holding a teaching qualification are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate individual learning programmes for students requiring a bespoke offer.
- Teach students with learning difficulties.
- Contribute to a team environment promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding.
Requirements:
- Teaching qualification.
- Specialist knowledge in a relevant subject area.
- Experience teaching students with learning difficulties.
- Ability to work flexibly and imaginatively.
