About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Autism Outreach Specialist to join our team in Essex, where you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to children, young people, and families affected by Autism and learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant undergraduate degree and experience working with children, young people, and families affected by Autism and learning disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with empathy, compassion, and a commitment to empowering children, young people, and families.

As an Autism Outreach Specialist, you will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop personalised care plans, advocate for the needs of individuals, and ensure they receive timely and coordinated support.
