We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Accountant to join our finance team in a challenging and rewarding role.
As a key member of our management accounts team, you will be responsible for leading on the review of our Group recharge policy and proposing changes to improve our financial operations.
You will use your project management skills to scope out the project and recommend a structured plan to manage the project on an ongoing basis.
With your accountancy knowledge, you will appraise our existing processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
You will work closely with members of our finance team and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure all parties are kept up to date on progress.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive package including 24 days holiday per annum, plus 3 days for Christmas closure, plus bank holidays, and additional days after 2 years continuous service.
We also offer the option to buy/sell up to 5 days extra leave per year and compressed hours of work with the option to work a 4 day working week in some roles, with 50% of your time working from home after a satisfactory probation period.
As a Jigsaw employee, you will also receive incremental salaried pay, occupational sick pay, access to the Social Housing Pension Scheme, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, BHSF membership, access to on-site gyms, and training/development opportunities.
